Swaythorpe Growers grow all the peas and beans that go into our Yorkshire Peas packets. These peas are proudly grown on Yorkshire family farms and processed locally by Yorkshire Greens to maximise sustainability and ensure you get the sweetest peas!

Why eat peas?
Peas are a healthy addition to your meal. They’re a great source of vitamin A, C, Folate, thiamine, iron and phosphorous as well as being rich in protein and fibre while remaining low in fat.
They’re also a sustainable choice for your diet. Peas are part of the legume family, which are crops that fix their own nitrogen in the soil, meaning no artificial nitrogen needs to be applied to the crop!
